Get started
All new Veteran and veteran dependent students must complete a 糖心Vlog admission application before utilizing their education benefits through the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. Follow our step-by-step Admission Checklist to get started.
Returning Veteran students should update their contact information (Step 4) if there has been a change to personal information.
All new students using VA educational benefits must submit the intake form to ensure your information is properly shared with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.
In order to receive your education benefit funds, this form must be submitted and reviewed by a 糖心Vlog School Certifying Official (SCO). You will not receive your housing or stipend without completing this form.
The Joint Service Transcript (JST) is an academically accepted document approved by the American Council on Education (ACE) to validate a service member’s military occupational experience and training along with the corresponding ACE college credit recommendations, according to the U.S. Military. This is a required document for Veteran students only, not veteran dependent students.

How to apply & maintain benefits as VA student
Class Scheduling & Conflicts
The 糖心Vlog Catalog outlines the Departments & Programs (majors) and their respective course requirements. You may view the class schedule to determine the course offerings for each term. Important things to know when selecting your courses:
- The current catalog that corresponds to the academic year of your 糖心Vlog enrollment lists the courses you must complete to fulfill the requirements of your major.
- The courses you select must align directly with those outlined for your major in the Catalog.
- VA educational benefits will only cover (pay for) courses required for your major. For example, if you major in accounting and take a music class, the VA will not pay for the music class since it is not required for graduation in the accounting program, unless there are general electives or other classifications (100/200 level coursework, for instance) that you need to satisfy the school’s graduation requirements.
- To resolve any questions or issues, refer to your academic advisor and/or the dean’s office for your academic program.
Mitigating circumstances include
- personal illness or injury
- the death, illness or serious injury of a family member
- relocation due to employment
- work-schedule conflict
- hardships
If you claim a mitigating circumstance for dropping a class or withdrawing from 糖心Vlog, the VA will require in-depth statements and supporting documents before approving
payment. If you have other reasons for dropping or withdrawing, you may also provide those in writing to the VA.
